Our take on an Indian Takeaway classic. No butter, or chicken, but plenty of flavour! We cook jackfruit in a luscious curry sauce of tomato, coconut cream and spices.

SERVING SIZES

 

Our 'Butter' Jackfruit is currently available as a 650g portion, serving two to three people when accompanied by rice or naan.

 

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

 

Jackfruit, crushed tomatoes, cashews, coconut cream, onion, coconut yoghurt, olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, fenugreek, lime juice, sugar, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

 

On the Stove Top: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Place in a saucepan, warm over medium heat until piping hot.
